– Independently established Yoshioka Dye House in 2021, reviving the KYOAI(Kyoto indigo) that had disappeared 100 years ago
– Donated “Kyoai Wall Painting” to Myoshin-ji Temple’s sub-temple, Keishun-in, in 2023
– Announced a collaboration with KANSAI YAMAMOTO in 2024
– Presented collaborative works with Valextra at Milan Fashion Week
– Held a special exhibition titled “Ancient Memories and Modern Beauty” at Casa Valextra
– Organized a themed exhibition “Cloud Particles” at Daimaru Kyoto
– Selected as one of “CULTURE PRENEURS 30” by Forbes JAPAN
– Donated Kyoto indigo-dyed fans to Toshodaiji Temple in 2025

Inspired by the timeless indigo dyeing techniques of 1,300-year-old Nara, I aim to preserve the colors of my Kyoto indigo dyeing for over 1,000 years, tracing the techniques back to the Nara period.
